Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though offering stunning sea views, had initial issues like a faulty aircon and clogged drain. However, they were ultimately comfortable and of adequate size. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others handled situations poorly. The location, between Sorrento and Amalfi, was incredible, offering breathtaking sights but lacking convenience to shops or the beach. Dining on the beautiful terrace was pleasant but fell short of expectations. Overall, the hotel has its charms but also some drawbacks.
